Warm up with a Spanish Latte

A HUGE thank you to Coach Rich for stepping in for Scott last week whilst he was on holiday!

We’ve had a productive couple of weeks with Rich leading a 5 x 5 mins on / 2 mins off with the aim of a consistent pace for the work

Coach Scott was back last week with some shorter intervals - 5 x 2 mins on / 5 x 1 min on / 5 x 30 secs on with the rest being half of the work ran. More work than rest with the aim of a higher intensity

It was so good to see some new faces over the past few weeks for both sessions!

This week, we’re going to mix it up, a session we’ve not done in a long time, everyone’s favourite… HILLS!

We will still meet at the Freedom Tree for 6pm and we’ll head over to Westmount. The group will be split with half starting on the hill and the other half starting on the loop!

Thursday we will meet outside Funktion for 6.50am and leave for 7am sharp. Normal route out to Harve des Pas, regroup and back to The Loft St Helier for coffee (and pastries)

The next social event will be Wednesday 26th February - Venue TBC
