IT’S LIGHT ON A THURSDAY MORNING!!!
Another great week of running from the Pack. We are well underway in out 164 for Grace challenge, where members are aiming to run 164 miles (264km for the youngens) in the month of February, raising money for the Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation, an amazing charity that is close to a few of our members.
Wednesday saw us do our first hill session of the year where we did a little circuit around Westmount. Always a tough one, especially for those that haven’t run hills before. We all survived, even if it meant some cursing from a few members (tut tut).
Thursday, wow, well… it was light from start to finish! May have a been a little chilly, but it’s significantly more pleasant running in sunlight. Spring is in sight!!! See you at Funktion on Thursday for a 7am briefing
THIS WEDNESDAY
