Running Through Golden Hour
Our first light Wednesday interval this week and it was gloooriioouussssss!
The first week of 2025 where we’ve seen a sunset and a sunrise… stunning
Wednesday saw us doing a bit of speed endurance work, once again, some of may have went a little hot out the blocks, but it’s all money in the bank!
Thursday, another great vibe in the sunrise. Been a big week for our runners doing the Hospice Half so a few tired legs and heads this week. We’ll start dialling in the next couple of week. Can’t wait!
Plan for next Wednesday:
Warm Up
Light jog / mobility / drills / gossip
Main Session
4 x 4 mins on / 2 mins off
4 x 30 secs ON / 90 secs off
Cool Down
Light jog / debrief / stretches
Main Aim: Consistent 4 mins work but the 30 secs are as hard as possible!
Plan for Thursday:
Slightly different than normal… we are venturing out with a new route! (react in shock)
Will still be based around 15 mins out and 15 mins back and more importantly, we will still finish at The Loft for coffee
