Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2025! We eased into the year with a Thursday Coffee Run last week, but this week we are back with Wednesday Intervals too.

What are your 2025 racing goals? If you need any help reaching those goals or coming up with a plan for 2025, we are here to help!

Wether you’ve had a couple of weeks off, or kept up you running over the festive period, this weeks session will be cater for those looking to blow away the cobwebs, or to those wanting to improve your speed

WEDNESDAY :

Warm Up - Easy jog and atch up / mobility drills / activation drills

Session - 10 x 2 minutes on / 1 minute off

Cool Down - Easy jog / stretching / debreif / team photo

These can be run at whatever pace you feel comfortable with, we would recommend easing into it if you’ve taken a couple of weeks off running!

Meet at the Freedom Tree for 6pm - Bag drop available at Funktion from 5.30pm

THURSDAY :

Meet at Funktion for 6.50am we will leave the gym at 7am sharp!

Chatty pace the whole time with a lead runner and a tail runner so you can run at whateber pace you’re feeling. We will head out to Harve des Pas for 15 minutes, regroup, then head back to The Loft at Big Maggy’s for a coffee and catch up!
